In June, I had a standing seam metal roof installed. From the start to the finished product, I experienced a very professional organization. Molly was always available if I had any questions and went out of her way to keep me up to date on the work progress. Mel, the foreman, made sure every piece of metal was installed to the highest standards. If you need a roof installed, whether shingle or metal, Cowan is the company to call!

Nathan, Chris, Wesley and their team did an excellent job for a very fair price. They replaced the builder grade gutters and downspouts with products more appropriate for the pitch of my roof. In addition, they replaced the rotting wood around my dormers and all the fascia board as well as patched up a few leaks. Worth noting was the kindness, respect and communication I received from everyone I dealt with at Cowan Roofing.

Cowan Roofing May not be the least expensive roofer but the quality of service, workmanship and professionalism make them well worth any extra cost. We were so glad we selected them as our roofer. The job was completed on time, within budget and the clean-up was impeccable. Mollie managed our project from start to finish. She communicated regularly, checked the job site throughout the project and did a final walk through to check the finished product and cleanup. Mel and his crew were great. They took special care to protect our landscaping and cleaned up the job site everyday to make sure our cat didn’t encounter any nails. Nathan and Chris were always available to answer any questions that we had about the project. I would highly recommend Cowan Roofing for quality workmanship at a reasonable price. Thanks to the whole Cowan Team.

Cowan is no doubt the leader in roofing contractors for the greater Piedmont area. This family owned company walked me through each step of the sales, insurance claim, and workmanship process in a way that made sure I felt confident I was making each decision carefully. Their industry knowledge and advisement was thorough. They were not pushy to land the job and hurry to the next job, but made sure during these unsure times dealing with the virus my family’s needs were handled with care. They offer an affordable price, which is certainly something people must consider with a roof. They are veteran friendly and happy to offer knowledge of rebates.
