I've had a great experience working with Nathan and Candace at Cowan Roofing. They put a new GAF shingled roof on an investment property in a tight timeframe when I told them about the serious leaks after a recent storm. Their pricing was very competitive and the small additional charge associated with replacing the decking was disclosed to me ahead of time as a likely event, and fair for the work done. Nathan communicated well to keep me apprised of when they would be coming, and the job site was left very clean and free of any debris from the previous roof. I highly recommend Cowan Roofing, and intend to use them again for a metal roof (their specialty) in the near future.
