I had a roof, skylight, and gutter replacement due to damage from a storm as well as from age. Mr. Cowan and his staff were the ultimate professionals during every step of the process from coordination of certain details with my insurance company through installation. Their product is high quality, and the installation process was seamless. They cleaned up and hauled off the waste including every old nail. I am older and this was my first claim but it was painless thanks to the professionalism and effectiveness of their approach. Their work and their service absolutely cannot be beat. I highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter needs anyone may have. They make it happen.

Cowan Roofing was just added to my list. Nathan and his team showed professionalism and skill. Beginning with office staff, I was notified of all scheduling, and they were responsive when I had questions. The roofing crew removed my old roofing, repaired some damage and installed a new metal roof that matches another part of my house. The crew and supervisors were efficient and respectful of the property. They cleaned all scraps from the yard and completed this job within 2 days.

Cowan Roofing May not be the least expensive roofer but the quality of service, workmanship and professionalism make them well worth any extra cost. We were so glad we selected them as our roofer. The job was completed on time, within budget and the clean-up was impeccable. Mollie managed our project from start to finish. She communicated regularly, checked the job site throughout the project and did a final walk through to check the finished product and cleanup. Mel and his crew were great. They took special care to protect our landscaping and cleaned up the job site everyday to make sure our cat didn’t encounter any nails.
